Specifically, we handle:
- Overall inspection of site, providing scope of work and estimate for necessary mitigation and/or restoration.
- Inspection and estimating for structural damage.
- Inspection of items such as cabinets, flooring, etc. to determine extent of damage and whether or not the material in question can be repaired, cleaned, saved, or needs replacement, etc.
- Provide photographs.
- Contents: evaluating contents and contents cleaning, packaging/moving/storage needs.
- Temporary housing and time frame for construction: evaluating the need for temporary housing and the time frame the repairs can be completed in.
- On site destructive and/or water testing if needed.
- Laboratory testing to determine how far smoke may have spread throughout the structure.
- Litigation support if requested.
